Park Yoga

➢ Every Sunday 9:30-10:30am
(Only in the summer months)
➢ Queens Park, Burnley, BB10 3AA
Through our close partnership with Together an Active Future (TaAF) and Burnley Leisure, we’ve been able to expand opportunities for everyone in our community to get active and enjoy the benefits of movement.
One standout initiative is Park Yoga—a free, outdoor yoga programme that runs throughout the summer. Sessions take place every Sunday morning in Queen’s Park, from May to September, offering a welcoming space for people of all ages and abilities to relax, stretch, and enjoy the outdoors.
Diabetes support group
In 2025, our Health and Wellbeing coach Mel joined forces with the Canal & River Trust to start a new diabetes support group. Meeting on the first Tuesday of each month, it is a spot to pick up tips & tricks, get emotional support, discover life hacks, and chat with people who 'get it'. This group is open to both individuals living with diabetes and those who are supporting loved one with diabetes.
➢ First Tuesday of every month
2pm-3pm.
